Container arrangement

Ideallycontainers are filled from the fishing vessel with tubs in reverse order to the date of capture, so that the agent can ration the supply over the week in accordance to the age of the catch.  However, in the absence of on-board labelling, grading the fish by date of capture when loading containers is rarely taken advantage of when the fish reaches the market.  Fish caught throughout the entire fishing trip is graded by size and then sold mixed together in one lot on the market.  This situation could be addressed with on-board labelling and by small alterations to the grading set up on the market.
